Bhutto's last pic before attack

THIS is the last picture of former Pakistani PM Benazir Bhutto before she was slaughtered in a gun and bomb attack today.

Mrs Bhutto is seen in the back of a van as she spoke to a rally in Rawalpindi, in Pakistan.

The opposition leader was reportedly shot in the neck and chest before the shooter blew himself up.

The blast killed up to 20 people.

Mrs Bhutto was the target of failed bomb attack to assassinate her in October - which killed more than 100 bystanders at a rally.

Bhutto became the first female prime minister in the Muslim world when she was elected in 1988 at the age of 35.

She was deposed in 1990, re-elected in 1993, and ousted again in 1996 amid charges of corruption and mismanagement.

She said the charges were politically motivated but in 1999 chose to stay in exile rather than face them.
